Yoga is the state of being fully absorbed in the present moment. The practice of yoga is anything that brings you closer to that state.
Complete Movement Method
A practice for the body you inhabit today.
Whether you have a long-standing practice or are just starting to look for new ways to move, you may have noticed that the way you moved at thirty no longer leaves you feeling supported, stable, or strong.
Maybe your joints have become more sensitive, or the way you’ve always exercised is leaving you feeling achy rather than empowered. You shouldn’t have to choose between a physical challenge and the quiet, meditative heart of a practice.
The Complete Movement Method is a four-week program designed to bridge that gap. We use the foundations of yoga, strength, and mobility work to build a practice that is smart, sustainable, and deeply nourishing.
More than movement With a background in exercise physiology and years spent studying the science of movement, I care deeply about your mechanics. But I also know you are more than a collection of muscles and joints.
Most people arrive feeling stretched thin, carrying the quiet weight of their responsibilities. They come for the movement, but they stay for the clarity. By combining the precision of Western science with the depth of Eastern philosophy, we create a shift that addresses the parts of you that science can't reach alone. It’s about building a body that feels strong and free, and a mind that feels like a reliable place to live.
What to expect Each of the four sessions is a complete 60-minute practice:
10 minutes: Dharma talk and breath centering. To settle the nervous system and find your focus.
40 minutes: Integrated movement. Focused on functional strength, mobility, and intelligent alignment.
10 minutes: Restorative yoga. We use the physical body as a doorway to finally allow ourselves to exhale, leaving you feeling restored rather than depleted.
This program is an invitation to stop guessing and start trusting your body again. It is a workout for the body and a refuge for the soul.
A systematic approach to movement
Rather than a general movement practice, we will focus on specific regions of the body each week. By the end of the month, you will have moved and integrated every part of your physical self. This methodical pace allows you to notice where you are holding tension and learn how to release it.
Week One: Hips and Lower Body
Week Two: The Spine
Week Three: Shoulders and Upper Body
Week Four: The Core and Integration

Testimonials:
There are too many people who call themselves Yoga Teachers without the substance to back it up. Simone Nitzan, by far, is the real deal! Her knowledge of both the oral and written yoga traditions and her personal practice infuse her teachings. She often begins the class by sharing something she read that inspired her. She has a magical way of expanding space and time to yield an experience of breadth and depth that extends beyond the Yoga mat into everyday life. Her respect for the tradition and high standards are balanced with patience, love, and acceptance for her students. Her commitment and dedication to further her learning keeps her classes fresh and alive. I feel fortunate and grateful to be able to call Simone my teacher. Namaste.

Simone has a rare gift: she makes the practice lively and physically challenging while simultaneously making its philosophy feel immediate and real. Each class opens with a discussion of something personal, maybe a struggle or a question she’s sitting with, which instantly dissolves the distance between her and her students. As a result, I have gained not just a stronger body but also a set of tools that help me move through the world more easefully.
