Join Simone on the breathtaking shores of Lake Atitlán, Guatemala for a deeply transformative retreat designed to reconnect you with your roots and unlock your fullest potential. Together, we’ll explore the habits, thought patterns, and emotional loops that keep us stuck—often without even realizing it. Through daily yoga, meditation, breathwork, and meaningful self-inquiry, you’ll learn to recognize when you're on autopilot and gently guide yourself back to presence, aliveness, and authenticity.
This retreat is about more than rest and relaxation—it's about awakening. You’ll be invited to uncover what truly grounds you, to reconnect with your essence, and to explore what’s possible when you stop holding yourself back. As you reconnect to the core of who you are, you’ll create space to rise, expand, and meet life more fully.
Held in an intimate group and lovingly guided by Simone, who has been leading international retreats since 2017, this experience offers both deep personal reflection and the joy of being held in community. Expect powerful practices, nourishing food, soul-stirring conversations, and moments of awe and beauty that will stay with you long after you return home.
You’ll return home with a deep sense of groundedness and inner ease—more connected to yourself and your purpose than ever before. This retreat is an invitation to remember who you truly are beneath the noise of daily life. You’ll explore what it means to be fully alive: to meet joy and sorrow with presence, and to walk through the world with clarity and compassion.
By the end of our time together, you’ll feel reawakened to the beauty around you and within you, with a renewed sense of how you want to live, love, and show up in the world.

We’ll be staying at the stunning Casa Paloma, nestled right on the shores of Lake Atitlán. Picture yourself waking with the sunrise, moving through a revitalizing yoga practice as the light dances across the water, then slipping into the lake for a refreshing morning dip before sitting down to a nourishing, homemade brunch. Throughout the week, we’ll share vibrant meals, embark on soul-enriching excursions, and immerse ourselves in the colourful culture of Guatemala—exploring local villages, connecting with artisans, and hiking the breathtaking paths that wind along the lakeside.
